This morning my husband, Skeebo, wanted to get creative with some Photoshop ideas, so he had us strike a pose for a few minutes. Ok, our son didn’t really strike any poses. He just acted naturally. Including the adorable shot of him running off camera while crying. Trying to be happy and playful all the time is tough.
I’m thinking about making it my banner image, since it really does capture the essence of what it’s like to be a SAHM. Although I usually wait until nap time to work on the computer, since I’m afraid of flying magazines and balls hitting my MacBook.
P.S. If you really dig the painting in the background, you can ask my cool cousin Donna to paint one like it. Or you can buy one she’s already made. She also did the Santorini-inspired number above the piano. But you can’t have mine.
